Address Changes
It is the responsibility of each patron to inform the SIU Ticket Office of any changes of address. Changes of address can be done in writing and may be faxed to the SIU Ticket Office at 618-453-7995, mailed to SIU Ticket Office, 1490 Douglas Drive, Carbondale, IL 62901, or emailed to SIUTicketOffice@siu.edu. Address changes may also be made by phone at 877-SALUKIS.
Will Call
All tickets purchased through the SIU Ticket Office 7 days or less prior to the event, must be picked up at Will Call or delivered via email. Tickets will not be mailed during this time frame.
Football - Will Call is located in the maroon Cook Portable Warehouse at the base of the Banterra Center grand staircase near the southwest entrance to Saluki Stadium 3 hours prior to kickoff. In order to obtain tickets held in Will Call, a photo ID that matches the name on the ticket order is required and must be presented at time of pick up. Refunds will not be issued for any tickets that go unclaimed at Will Call. The pass list entrance is located on the west side of Saluki Stadium underneath the press box. Photo ID and signature is required at this entrance.
Basketball - Will Call is located at the Banterra Center Ticket Office. Will Call opens 90 minutes prior to tip-off. In order to obtain tickets held in Will Call, a photo ID that matches the name on the ticket order is required and must be presented at time of pick up. Refunds will not be issued for any tickets that go unclaimed at Will Call. The pass list entrance is located on the west side of the Banterra Center. Photo ID and signature is required at this entrance.
Non-Athletic Event - Will Call is located at the venue in which the event will be held and opens 1 hour prior to the event start time. In order to obtain tickets held in Will Call, a photo ID that matches the name on the ticket order is required and must be presented at time of pick up. Refunds will not be issued for any tickets that go unclaimed at Will Call.
Mailing of Tickets
All tickets will be mailed approximately 2 weeks before the event. If tickets have not been received by the week of the event, please contact the SIU Ticket Office to have replacement tickets issued. Replacement tickets will be held at Will Call and available for pick up on the date of the event. Tickets ordered 7 days or less prior to an event will not be mailed and must be picked up at will call or e-mailed.
Admissions Policy
Children ages 2 and under do not require a ticket to athletic events if they do not occupy a seat. Please check specific event policies for age requirements on all non-athletic events.
Refunds/Exchanges
There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets sold through the SIU Ticket Office.
Accessible Seating Policy
Accessible seating is available. Guests requiring special assistance are urged to make ticketing arrangements through the SIU Ticket Office (877-SALUKIS) in advance.
Payment for Tickets
Tickets will not be released or held without payment. Payments may be made by cash, personal check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. Checks must be made payable to SIU.
